Royalton Academy Ramp Rebuild

This work consists of reconstruction of the accessible entrance at the Royalton Academy Building (4182 VT-14, Royalton, VT), including the porch, ramp, and entryway threshold. A recent accessibility audit for the building is appended to this solicitation. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
