This work consists of a renovation to improve accessibility in the meeting room bathroom at the Rochester Town Office (67 School Street, Rochester, VT). A recent accessibility audit for the building is appended to this solicitation. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
