Town Office Accessible Bathroom Upgrade

This work consists of a renovation to improve accessibility in the Town Clerk’s Office bathroom at the Town of Bridgewater’s Southgate House Building (45 Southgate Loop, Bridgewater, VT). A recent accessibility audit for the building is appended to this solicitation. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
