Description
The Town of Royalton (Owner) has identified the following municipal streets for surface improvements and is requesting Bids for the construction of the following 3 projects described in the attached documents. Bids for the construction of the projects will be received at the Royalton Town Office located at 85 Goodrich Mdws, P.O. Box 680, S. Royalton VT 05068, until Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 4:30 PM, local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The bid packages will be reviewed and considered at the following Selectboard meeting on July 28. Keywords: Paving Contractor, Road Construction Locations: Windsor Site visit: 7/8/2026 9:00:00 AM Potential bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting with the Town Administrator, Ryan Britch, and Road Foreman, Adam Smith on July 8th at 9am in area of 190 Pleasant St. Royalton, VT. All bidders are encouraged to drive the projects prior to the pre-bid meeting. Please email Ryan Britch at townadmin@royaltonvt.gov by 4:30PM the day before this meeting to indicate you are interested in participating. Should this meeting be cancelled or postponed, an announcement will be posted by 7:00 AM on the Royalton town website www.royaltonvt.gov homepage and shared via email.
