Public Art Sculpture at Norwalk Cultural Arts Center

I. Design: The artist and/or team will submit a sketch or rendering of their proposed design by the RFP Deadline. A maquette is not required. II. Fabrication: The artist and/or team that is awarded the project will fabricate the Sculpture (off-site; not at the location) as described in their submitted proposal. III. Installation: The artist and/or team that is awarded the project will install the Sculpture as described in their submitted proposal. If additional contractors are required, the artist and/or team shall provide a description in their submitted proposal.
