The City of Norwalk (“City”), a municipal government, invites proposals from qualified and experienced transportation providers (“Proposers”) to provide Advanced Reservation Dial-A-Ride Subscription Services (PART A), Paratransit User Side Subsidy Transportation Program (PART B), and Microtransit Service (PART C) for Norwalk Transit System (NTS).Proposers can bid on one or more services request under this RFP.
