Utility Bill Printing & Mailing Services

The City of Norwalk’s Finance Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide utility bill printing and mailing services to improve operational efficiency and address system limitations. The selected Proposer will receive electronic utility billing data from the City, produce and mail utility bills and related electronic utility billing data from the City, produce and mail utility bills and related notices and provide associated quality control.
