Consulting Services to Update Norwalk Transit System (NTS) existing Title VI Program

The City of Norwalk (“City”), a municipal government, invites bids from qualified and experienced firms (“Bidders”) to update Norwalk Transit System (NTS) existing Title VI Program in compliance with requirements set forth in FTA Circular 4702.1B on Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which states, in Section 601: “No person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.)
