Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Advisory and Procurement Services Consultant

The City of Norwalk’s Finance Department intends to solicit a new Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) system for the City and is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to provide ERP Advisory and Procurement Consulting services to assist the City with this endeavor. Should an award of contract be made, the selected Proposer will enter into a professional services agreement with the City of Norwalk. The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms with proven experience in conducting a needs assessment for an anticipated ERP system replacement, draft an RFP for ERP replacement, develop an implementation plan, assist in evaluating, selecting, and negotiating a contract with a preferred system vendor, and, optionally, facilitate client-side project management/support during implementation of the new ERP. Services will be delivered to the City via a mix of onsite and offsite delivery. Onsite attendance (at City facilities) may be required for presentations to the City’s Executive team, staff and any other meetings the City deems to be key as part of the delivery of services. Offsite delivery for other document reviews and project meetings will be facilitated via online meetings.
