Rochester Town Garage HVAC Upgrades

This work consists of HVAC upgrades to the Rochester Town Garage Building (84 Peavine Dr., Rochester, VT), including installation of an energy recovery ventilator and a more efficient heating system. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
