The Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) in the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) seeks to procure the services of a qualified Offeror with professional and technical expertise to develop, customize, enhance, maintain, and support as well as administer and facilitate the components of the PDE Planning & Practice Suite of Applications (PPSA) which includes applications ranging from a public portal to secure online tools for educators and administrators across the Commonwealth.
