UMC 7 Story Tower 6th Floor PT Remodel

PWP-CL-2026-372 SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This work will primarily take place within the UMC 7 Story Tower on the sixth floor, located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. As a part of the work, approximately 3,400 square feet will be refreshed to create a new office space. The new work will consist of refreshing finishes for the entire space. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition of flooring, finish work, and upgrades to the existing light fixtures. New electrical and data outlets will be installed to accommodate workstations.
