YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN NGEM TO VIEW THIS SOLICITATION. PWP-CL-2026-373 SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This work will primarily take place on floors two and six within UMC's Summit Tower, located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. As part of the work, approximately 2,574 square feet on the second floor will be built out to a vanilla shell, and 9,260 square feet on the sixth floor will be demoed and built out. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition, asbestos abatement (if applicable), new plumbing lines, HVAC, electrical, finishes, millwork, and communications.
