UMC MLK Warehouse Remodel

PWP-CL-2026-501 SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This work will primarily take place within the building located at 300 S M.L.K. Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89106. The building is approximately 35,309 square feet. As part of the work, finishes will be refreshed for office space use, and a warehouse area will be prepared to conform to architectural drawings. Renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition of flooring. Upgrades are to be made to the existing light fixtures. New electrical and data access points are to be installed to accommodate planned workstations.
