Description
SHPDA is issuing this Request for Information to identify organizations interested in a forthcoming solicitation to support rural hospitals. The anticipated scope includes network infrastructure readiness; EHR/EMR modernization, optimization, and interoperability; hospital-facing analytics and technical assistance; operational transformation; and support administering the RVBI Hospitals Readiness Fund. The work will help hospitals prepare for hospital global budgets, total cost of care accountability, value-based payment, the CMS AHEAD Model, and other State-approved reforms. This RFI requests only a brief statement of interest; no detailed proposal or pricing is requested.
