Description
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: SHPDA seeks statements of interest from organizations that may respond to a forthcoming solicitation to establish and initially operate a statewide shared services model for independent and community-based primary care providers. Anticipated services may include provider engagement, EHR/EMR and technology support, interoperability, analytics, shared clinical and administrative services, practice transformation, and value-based and accountable care readiness. This RFI is for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
