Description
SHPDA is issuing this Request for Information to identify organizations interested in a forthcoming solicitation to support Federally Qualified Health Centers and affiliated delivery sites throughout Hawaiʻi. The anticipated scope includes network infrastructure readiness; EHR/EMR modernization, optimization, and interoperability; provider-facing analytics and technical assistance; practice transformation; and support administering the RVBI Community Health Center Readiness Fund. The work will help FQHCs prepare for APCM, value-based payment, the CMS AHEAD Model, and other State-approved reforms. This RFI requests only a brief statement of interest; no detailed proposal or pricing is requested.
