Statewide Hospital Infrastructure, Analytics, Readiness Funding, and Transformation Support

SHPDA seeks a qualified contractor to provide infrastructure, analytics, readiness funding, and transformation support primarily for rural hospitals and, where applicable, associated care delivery organizations. Services include organizational readiness assessments; EHR/EMR modernization; interoperability, data quality, and analytics support; technical assistance; implementation coordination; and administration of approved Rural Value-Based Innovation funding. This federally funded work will strengthen rural health care infrastructure and support sustainable value-based care transformation throughout Hawaiʻi.
