NH-0300(176)R Freeway Management System Phase 4

This project includes the replacement of CCTV cameras along the H-3 Freeway and within the Tetsuo Harano Tunnel, installation and replacement of the corridor wide fiber optic trunk communications cable, installation of new CCTV cameras on H-3 Freeway and operator equipment upgrades at the Tetsuo Harano Tunnel traffic operations center. The project also includes the installation of fiber optic cable and conduit between the Kalihi Interchange and Houghtailing Street along the H-1 Freeway.
