McIntosh Power Plant Covered Parking

The City of Lakeland is seeking a qualified contractor to provide design, fabrication, shop drawings, and construction services for several covered parking structures at the C.D. McIntosh Power Plant. The project consists of eight (8) different parking areas throughout the plant. The selected contractor shall be responsible for design, preparation of shop drawings, fabrication, and full installation of the parking systems. The City of Lakeland may award all or part of the parking areas to one contractor based on pricing and other selection criteria. The contractor shall verify all field conditions. Any constructability concerns shall be brought to the City’s attention prior to fabrication. The vendor is responsible for ensuring proper installation and alignment with Florida Building code. Site walkdowns can be scheduled at the C.D.
