Lakeland Electric - Unit 5 - 2026 Fall Outage Contract Services

Lakeland Electric (OWNER) seeks well-qualified and experienced Boiler and HRSG contractors to perform various scopes of work as detailed below. The work will take place during the Unit No. 5 Fall Outage, beginning on November 29, 2026, and ending on December 19, 2026. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) in which the Bidder will provide detailed accounts of their experience as an industrial boiler contractor capable of performing code welds on thin-wall HRSG tubes and heavy wall P91 piping, as well as providing other measurable & verifiable criteria to be detailed in the sections below.
