Town of Suffield - New Sidewalk along Mapleton Avenue

The project involves the construction of approximately 2,200 feet of concrete sidewalks along with drainage improvements and two retaining walls. Sidewalk construction includes: driveway paving as required for areas disturbed by work. Drainage work includes: installation of one catch basin, 1 pipe end and 50 feet of storm drain pipe. Retaining wall includes an approximately 150 feet long by 2.5 feet high retaining wall with a chain link fence within the right of way and removal and replacement of a retaining wall for a driveway turnaround on property of 400 Mapleton Avenue.
