Professional Consulting and Inspection Services for DEEP

This RFP is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional surveying, engineering, architectural, diving, inspection, and related support services necessary to fulfill project-specific tasks. Services may include, but are not limited to: Engineering Services, Architectural and Planning Services, Environmental and Natural Resource Services, Surveying, GIS, and Technical Services, Inspection, Diving, and Specialized Services and Project Support Services. DAS reserves the right to make multiple awards to qualified Contractors to ensure adequate coverage, capacity, geographic distribution, and expertise. The award of multiple Contractors does not guarantee any minimum level of work, volume, or expenditure to any awarded Contractor. All questions must be submitted in CTSource no later than Monday, October 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Answers will be provided by Thursday, October 8, 2026 COB.
