RFP Design-Build Services-Fire Station Renovations, Foxon and HQ Stations

East Haven is soliciting Proposals from well-qualified Design-Build firms for the second phase of renovations at the Foxon Fire Station No. 3, at 1420 North High Street. The scope includes the design, engineering, construction and furnishing of that facility, to commence immediately upon contract execution. A commercial kitchen design and installation is to be included at this site, and also at the Town Fire Headquarters at 200 Main Street. This project is subject to Connecticut Prevailing Wages and Benefits. A mandatory walkthrough is to begin Monday September 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Foxon Station, and continue to the Main Street Fire Station as a second required site visit.
