Streetlight Maintenance

The City of Meriden requests bids from qualified contractors to inspect, inventory, maintain and repair streetlights in the City of Meriden. The City of Meriden owns and maintains a street light network consisting of approximately: • 4,200 LED streetlights (LED cobra heads installed in 2016). • 300 LED decorative street lights. • 100 LED post top streetlights (on fiberglass pole). • 50 non-LED flood lights. • 750 poles (mostly underground electric service).
