On-Call Plumbing Services

The City of Norwich, Connecticut ("City") is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and properly licensed plumbing contractors to provide On-call Plumbing Services at City-owned, City-operated, and other facilities under the jurisdiction of the City of Norwich. The successful Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, transportation, permits, disposal, testing, and incidental services necessary to perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, emergency response, replacement, installation, and related work as directed by the City. The intent of this contract is to establish one or more qualified plumbing contractors that the City may utilize on an as-needed, task-order basis throughout the contract term.
