On-Call Electrical Services

The City of Norwich, Connecticut ("City") is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and properly insured electrical contractors to provide On-call Electrical Services at City-owned, City-operated, and other facilities under the jurisdiction of the City of Norwich. The successful Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, transportation, permits, testing, disposal, and incidental services necessary to perform electrical repairs, maintenance, emergency response, replacement, installation, inspection, testing, and related work as directed by the City. The intent of this contract is to establish one or more qualified electrical contractors that the City may utilize on an as-needed, task-order basis throughout the contract term. The City does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work, minimum expenditure, or number of service calls under this contract.
