2027.0004, City RFQ & RFP - Construction Manager at Risk Services for Rippowam IAQ Project RFQ/RFP Opening: August 18, 2026 at 4:00 PM Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. No RFQ/RFP Deposit Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: A third Pre-Proposal Meeting has been scheduled for August 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Meet at the front of Rippowam Middle School, 381 High Ridge Rd, Stamford, CT 06905. Proposers who attended the first or second Pre-Proposal Meeting do NOT need to attend the third. All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare (https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
