Question: The existing and proposed roofing systems- the striping to be included in the base bid and alternate? Answer: See Plans 3. Question: Whether roof-deck or structural repairs are included. Answer: See Plans 4. Question: Applicable hurricane-code and product-approval requirements. Answer: Per current Florida Building Codes 5. Question: Whether a mandatory site visit or pre-bid meeting is required? Answer: No, mandatory site visit or pre-bid meeting. 6. Question: Bid-bond and performance/payment-bond requirements? Answer: No bonds are necessary for this project. 7. Question: Builder’s Risk requirements? Answer: Yes, builder’s risk is required for this project. 8. Question: Whether the park will remain operational during construction? Answer: Yes, the park will remain operational during construction. 9. Question: Whether any addenda has been issued? Answer: This is the only addendum issued for this project.
