2027-01 RFQ-RFP Proj Mgmt and Owner’s Rep Services - Portland

The Town of Portland, Connecticut (“Town”) and Portland School Building Committee (“SBC”) are requesting sealed qualifications and sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive project management and owner’s representative services (“Services”) to the Town, SBC, and Portland Public School District (“District”), in connection with the planning, design, construction, and closeout of a project for the renovation of the existing Valley View Elementary School building and grounds at 81 High Street, Portland, Connecticut 06480. The solicitation is both a request for qualifications and a request for proposals (RFQ/RFP). The selected firm will be the owner’s representative and project manager engaged by the Town for the Project. The Services to be performed by the selected firm are described in detail in Exhibit A to the Instructions to Proposers in the RFQ/RFP.
