IFB No. 126904 Soil Vapor Gas & Groundwater Monitoring Wells Installation, Stockton Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS)

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to Installation of new Soil Vapor Gas Monitoring Wells and Groundwater monitoring Well. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 126904, Soil Vapor Gas & Groundwater Monitoring Wells Installation and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MAY attend the OPTIONAL pre-bid job walk on 9/10/2026, at 10:30 AM at Stockton Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS), 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov. Bidder must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, a valid, current B General Building Contractors license issued by the Contractors State License Board and/or C-57- Well Drilling Contractors license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB), for the type of work to be performed. If the primary contractor does not possess a C-57 Well Drilling Contractor License, they MUST subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 9/17/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 126904.
