IFB No. 133029 CCH Fire Riser Baffle Repair, Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (AVCRAD)

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to inspect, repack, test, and restore eight Viking J¿1 Alarm Check Valves in the active AFFF system at Fresno AVCRAD, following NFPA standards, preventing foam discharge, meeting licensing, documentation, safety, and acceptance requirements. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 133029, CCH Fire Riser Baffle Repair and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 10/27/2026, at 10:00 AM at Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (AVCRAD), 5168 East Dakota Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-16 - Fire Protection Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 10/29/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 133029.
