Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the Treasure Island E1.2 Senior Housing Project in San Francisco. We are in receipt of the GMP Bid Set and we are requesting bids from qualified select trades subcontractors for all remaining trade packages. Please note that the following scopes have already been awarded: HVAC, Plumbing, Elevator, PV, EBM, and Fire Protection. The Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) has set the SBE participation goal for this project at 41%. Subcontractors received an email notification via BuildingConnected to access and download associated files. Bids are due Wednesday, August 19th, 2026 @ 2:00pm. Project Name: Treasure Island E1.2 Senior Housing Project Location: Treasure Island E1.2, San Francisco Owner: Mercy Housing Architect: Santo Prescott and Associates Project Description: The project shares a 43,000 square foot site with the Behavioral Health building (constructed by others) on Treasure Island in San Francisco. The shared, undeveloped lot is bounded by Trade Winds Ave on the south, Phillips Lane on the east, E1.1 to the north, and Macky Lane on the west. 100 units of affordable senior housing with associated community and management spaces. The total new construction area is approximately 88,000 square feet. Project will be Green Point Rated with a minimum of 125 points.
