The proposed Capital Improvements Roof Project will consist of a complete roof replacement of two roof system for two buildings: replacing all existing flat and shingle roofing, gutters, and downspouts. Replace roofing fascia where necessary during gutter installation, and trim barge rafters with metal capping as required at 1631 Hayes St/1530 Fell St. Roof measurements: 1631 Hayes St: Total roof area: 5290 sqft 1530 Fell St: Total roof area: 3933 sqft The LBE eligibility and Subtractor Declaration must be submitted by the prime bidder if the bidder is seeking LBE rating bonus. A mandatory walkthrough of the site will be held on July 9, 2026 at 1:30pm sharp.
