These Projects are in Sunnydale area of San Francisco and referred to as the Amani & Nia Tenant Improvements within what was previously referred to as Sunnydale Block 3A & B. They include three separate Bid Packages as follows. Scope of Work BP # 1 – Food Hall - Semilla and Noonies Place - Fast Casual Mexican and Southern Comfort Food. Two distinct vendors within one space serving food and beverages with design/build MEPF. Kitchen and Specialty Equipment, Casework, Lighting, and other finishes are included. BP # 2 – Bold City Coffee -Coffee shop with design/build MEPF. Specialty Equipment, Casework, Lighting, and other finishes are included. BP # 3 – 6 Separate Tenant Improvements: Brown Sugar Shoppe, Rosita De Colombia, 2 qty TBD Retail Shell Spaces, Lyrical Vinyl, Nafa Beauty Place. - 6 separate retail spaces including a Retail shop and custom graphics, Florist, Mercy offices, Music Programming and Vinyl Shop, and Hair Braiding and Beauty Supply. Some spaces will have Design/Build MEPF. Simple casework, and other finishes are included.
