249 Pennsylvania is the site of a proposed affordable family project of at least 120 units, 8 stories, Type I structure, at the corner of Pennsylvania Ave and Mariposa Street and backing up onto I-280. This RFP is soliciting design build trade partners to be on boarding for Design and construction services as outlined in the RFP for Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical/Low Voltage. Design & Construction Services: The Owner will contract with a single Design-Builder, who will assume responsibility for the architect, design consultants, subcontractors, and construction. The Design-Builder will complete the design through Design Development and Construction Documents, administer construction, and deliver the completed Project in accordance with the established Basis of Design.
