Reeds Creek Hatchery Pond Improvements he West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of West Virginia Division of Natural Resources to establish a contract for the removal of sludge from hatchery sediment pond and land apply said sludge on adjacent fields and modify the existing spillway of sediment pond to construct/install a new channelized outlet and automated sampler at Reeds Creek Hatchery located at Franklin, WV per the attached specifications and terms and conditions.
