Camp Dawson- Wall of Honor Renovation The West Virginia Adjutant General's Office is soliciting bids on behalf of the Construction and Facilities Management Office to establish a contract for the one- time purchase to provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies and equipment for the renovation of the Wall Of Honor at Camp Dawson, in Kingwood, WV, per the attached specifications. All perspective vendors must have a REAL ID to access Camp Dawson in order to participate in the Pre-Bid.
