The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities ("DPU"), seeks bids from qualified firms to establish a requirements-based contract for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Centrifuge Service and Parts project (the "Project"). The Project will entail furnishing and delivering decanter-style centrifuge parts, in addition to performing centrifuge maintenance and repair services (the "Work").
