Commercial Cold Water Meters

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”), seeks bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver certain cold water meters. The meters required are of the turbine Class I and Class II, fire service, detector check, and single jet type. Specific details regarding the nature, composition, and delivery of the required meters are provided below in the Statement of Work.
