George Mason Regional Library Renovation

Sealed bids are hereby solicited for construction, which includes a full renovation of the existing 28,000-square-foot masonry building. The scope includes a new standing seammetal roof, new low slope single-ply membrane roof systems, removal and replacement of all exterior windows and doors, and improvements to the exterior envelope (insulation andair barrier) to meet current building codes.
