Rfq-Basic Order Agreement for Historic Improvement, Renovations, Repairs, and Preservation

Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) Heritage Conservation Branch is soliciting pre-bid qualifications for services for the improvement, renovation, repairs, and preservation of FCPA historic properties. The scope of work for the Basic Order Agreement (BOA) is to provide labor rates and materials markups for the work. Firms will be selected on services being provided and per the hourly rates. This contract will be an “On call” contract with task orders assigned to each project.
