Description
The Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and experienced professional engineering firms to provide planning, engineering, surveying, environmental, permitting, design, cost estimating, bidding support, and related professional services for the Port San Antonio Water Infrastructure Design Project. This project is being funded through the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC) Military Installation Resilience Review (MIRR) Program and supports critical infrastructure improvements identified through prior resilience assessments conducted for Port San Antonio (PORT SAN ANTONIO). The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify the most qualified firm to provide comprehensive professional engineering services necessary to advance the project from preliminary engineering through construction-ready plans, specifications, and supporting documentation.
