RFP 26 169 AACOG Commercial Janitorial Services Titan Building and Titan Plaza

The Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive commercial janitorial services for the Titan Building and Titan Plaza in San Antonio, Texas. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, cleaning supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to maintain the facilities in a clean, sanitary, safe, and professional condition in accordance with this Solicitation and Appendix A Commercial Janitorial Services Scope of Work. The purpose of this Solicitation is to identify and select a qualified Contractor to provide recurring commercial janitorial services for the Titan Building and Titan Plaza in accordance with the specifications, terms, conditions, performance requirements, and Appendix A of this RFP. Appendix A and the rela ted solicitation documents establish the required services, service frequencies, performance standards, staffing expectations, and project specific Page 10 of 50 conditions.
