RFP-26-02-JBSA-Fiber Optic Cabling Installation Services-Lackland (149th Fighter Wing)

The Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) is soliciting Proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide engineering, furnishing, installation, testing, termination, and commissioning services for a fiber optic cabling infrastructure project at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) under the Blanket Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA) between AACOG and JBSA. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award a contract to a qualified Contractor to perform the work described in the attached Appendix B – Project Statement of Work (SOW). The project includes the installation of single-mode fiber optic cabling and associated infrastructure, together with all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, testing, documentation, and related services necessary to successfully complete the project in accordance with the requirements of this RFP and the Project Statement of Work. The successful Respondent shall perform all work in compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and JBSA installation requirements, including all technical, safety, security, and access requirements specified in this solicitation and its attachment
