Qualitative Respirator Fit Tests

TheTexas Department of Agriculture (TDA or Department), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified Respondents for statewide services to TDA inspectors for compliance with the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) standards within Codefor Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 29, Section 1910.134, Respiratory Protection for safety personnel in the field across the State of Texas, as described in this Section I and in this solicitation. TDA’s objective is to obtain the services that represent the best value for TDA and the State of Texas, according to the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
