Background Checks

The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA or Department), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this Invitation For Bid (IFB) to solicit responses from qualified Bidders for Background Check Services for the Food and Nutrition Division of the Texas Department of Agriculture, as described in Section II and in this solicitation. TDA’s objective is to obtain the services that represent the best value for TDA and the State of Texas, according to the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
