TDA is seeking a proposal(s) from respondents to provide comprehensive services tofacilitate the development of a long-term, statewide Texas Farm to School andEarly Care Strategic Plan (herein referred to as “Texas Farm Fresh StrategicPlan”) to support the achievement of FRESH TRAYS grant objectives (outlinedbelow) and advance the Texas Farm Fresh Initiative.
