Promotional Products

It is the intent of Collin College to establish a contract for promotional products. The term of the contract shall be for a period of three (3) years beginning November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2029. Please note that this contract will not include apparel items, which are bid under a separate contract. The District reserves the right to award based on the pricing of our top 10 items or the percentage discount as deemed to be the best value by the District. This may be a multi-vendor award and quantities do not constitute an order. For comparison purposes only.
