Commercial Driver’s License Training Services

Collin County Community College is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide commercial driver’s license (CDL) training services. The term of contract will be five (5) years beginning November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be presented to the Board Trustees on September 22, 2026, and award notification will be sent after approval. All work performed must be in compliance with existing federal, state and local codes, statutes and requirements. This Scope of Work covers the requirements to provide Collin County Community College with Turnkey CDL training services, which shall include, but is not limited to the following Statement of Work.
